Podcast: Working out the kinks

‘ve been putting off producing some sort of podcast for well over a year. I’m not sure what I was waiting for; the “perfect” hardware? software? collaborators?
In any case, I’ve decided to just do the damn thing and let it become whatever it becomes. This first one is a test I performed with Karsh, testing out recording conversations with Skype and Hot Recorder.
The audio levels aren’t great so clearly I have some things to learn about noise reduction, normalizing, frequency and the like. But at least got the damn thing done.

Ummm, you have a SEXY voice! *smile* I look forward to your future podcasts. And with Karsh helping you out, perhaps he’ll have time to get back to his regular podcasting as well.

Aw, thanks! I’m looking forward to doing podcasts regularly, too. Hopefully, it will inspire Karsh to come out of his love den and do an update. Hehe.

Podcasting can be trial and error. However, I believe that I’ve almost mastered it. My preference is the EVOCA platform from which I’ve produced several long form programs. If you’d like to give a listen, I’d love to share. Here’s a link.
