I first heard Andreya Triana’s voice on Flying Lotus’ “Tea Leaf Dancer”. But it wasn’t until the UK artist added her voice to Bonobo‘s Black Sands project that I really started paying attention.

Luckily for us, collaborating on songs like “Eyesdown” was only the beginning. I’m even more excited about her debut album Lost Where I Belong, slated for late summer and produced by Bonobo. Yup. I’m all about Andreya Triana right now.

Two of my favorite music acts, Quadron and Brittany Bosco perform Friday at the Spring4th Center. I heard about this last week. But the ticket situation was vague (still sort of vague, actually).
